Election of Officers 2012- Post, Auxiliary, SAL, & Riders

             American Legion Family Elections
All the 170 “family” organizations will be nominating and electing officers in 2012, as we do every 2 years. Nominations will be made at the regular meetings in March, with elections held at the April meetings. The Installation dinner will be held on May 12th for all incoming and outgoing officers of all 4 organizations. For the Post, Bob Salvini is the Chairman of the Nominating Committee; for the Auxiliary it’s Loeky Salvini, for the SAL, talk to Joey Connors and for the Riders see Bobby Gallo. Please consider what role you can fill ... most of them are not that complicated ... and step up to the plate!

Don't Forget - Hire a Vet

Hire a Vet Employment If you are in a position to affect the hiring of employees, please remember to hire America’s veterans. They have served our country and deserve the right to make a decent living after leaving the service. With the many troops now back from Iraq and the lack of available jobs, it is important that we, as members of a veterans organization, take an active role in helping to make their lives better.
